Our mission at Down Home Healthcare is to bring to Dent County an alternative option for individuals and businesses to obtain excellent healthcare at an affordable cost. We understand the struggle families and individuals face due to high copays, high deductibles, inability to obtain insurance, and rising cost of healthcare. We at Down Home Healthcare are dedicated to serving our community and helping to provide a solution to these problems!

How do we do this?
We do this through using a model of healthcare called Direct Primary Care. Direct Primary Care is a new alternative model which allows a patient access to excellent healthcare at a monthly affordable membership fee. We do not bill insurance. This model is growing across the United States as it emphasizes returning the focus of healthcare to the individual relationship between a provider and patient. By utilizing the Direct Primary Care model, we can offer SAME DAY or NEXT DAY appointments, longer appointment times giving you more quality time with your provider, and minimal wait times!
Benefits of Direct Care
We at Down Home Healthcare know how important it is to be able to have access to your provider when you need them most! In person visits allow us to address those acute and chronic conditions when a more in-depth physical exam is needed. However, we also know that schedules can become busy, making it difficult to make it to the office. Our virtual platform for visits makes it SIMPLE to log on and see your provider from the comforts of your home or current location! We also offer PHONE and TEXT communications to allow easy access to your provider with quick response times!

Upfront pricing. If you happen to need a service outside of your membership benefits cost will be discussed prior to any care being given.

MEMBERSHIP PRICES PER MONTH:

Age 0-18 --$20 ($0.67 per day)
Age 19-44 -- $55 ($1.83 per day)
Age 45-64 -- $65 ($2.17 per day)

(Starting October 1st we will be seeing 65+. Call today to save your spot for a membership. Enrollment starts September 15th)
Age 65+ -- $75 ($2.50 per day)

** there will be no enrollment fee for first time members. However please note that there will be a $50 fee for re-enrollment into the clinic if a membership is cancelled and a patient wants to re-establish membership**
NON-MEMBERSHIP PRICES PER VISIT:

In person/Virtual office visits
$75 – Adult (age 19 and above) Establish care visit (*first appointment must be in person)
$50- Adult (age 19 and above) Acute/chronic/preventative care appointments (in-person and virtual visits)
$50- Children (age 0-18) Establish care visit (*Must be in person
$35- Children (age 0-18) Acute visits
$45- Weight loss/Nutrition/Diabetic education/management and mental health/mindfulness consultations
$25 Sports/ work physicals
