All Visits and in house consultations with No Co-Pays
As a member you can enjoy the peace of mind of having easy access to appointments and in house consultations with Kim Kemnitzer, FNP when you need them each month with the freedom of no co-pays or hidden cost since we are not insurance.

Home Visits- cost $15
Home Visits will provide care to patients within 30 miles of Salem in the comfort of your home when you are unable to physically make it to the office or do a virtual visit. These appointments will be at our providers discretion. We know, especially for our elderly population, it is difficult at times to make it to the clinic due to either chronic conditions or acute healthcare needs. We also know that not everyone is comfortable or has access to do telehealth appointments. Therefore, we wanted to provide a way that you as a patient can still get excellent healthcare.

Same day/Next Day appointments
We know how important it is to be able to get into your provider when you need them. Our members will be given priority to same day/next day appointments so that your needs can be met in a timely manner.

Discounted rates
As a member you will have discounted cash-pay rates on multiple lab services with no additional fees for phlebotomy charges. You will also get discounted rates on cryotherapy, joint injections, trigger point injections, and functional medicine services.

Longer appointment times
As a member you will have the benefit of scheduling longer appointment times if needed. We know that at times healthcare needs arise that may require more time. We want to make sure when you leave you feel that all of your needs have been addressed.

Quick access to your team as well as after hours access on the weekend
We provide quick access to our team and your provider by phone, text, and email. As a member you will also have access to your provider for acute care needs after hours, weekends, and even when on vacation or out of town (these services will be discussed more in depth upon becoming a member)
